Peter is the Chief Financial Officer at Enara Law PLLC. Peter is a Certified Bankability Expert®, Certified Tax Resolution Specialist and a Federally Licensed Tax, Accounting, Real Estate, and Structure expert with many years of cross-industry and advisory experience. Peter has extensive experience working with small and medium-size businesses across numerous industries and has advised companies on best financial practices from early growth stage, capital investment, and through exit transactions.
In addition to managing all facets of the Firm’s financial and accounting practices, Peter is a preeminent authority on transaction structuring and tax minimization, helping the Firm employ the most advantageous corporate transaction strategies, not just for itself, but on behalf of clients.
Peter is able to help with matters concerning tax mitigation and intervention, strategic tax planning, financial forecasting, entity selection, structuring, business consulting, and financial services to small and mid-sized companies.
