Lona Barton is a Legal Liaison Intern. She has worked with the Arizona Department of Child Safety and became a psychology major at Arizona State University. She holds a 4.0 GPA and has earned a full-tuition scholarship, Dean’s List honors, and serves as both a Teaching Assistant and Peer Fellow.
Lona’s background spans legislative work, behavioral health, and hospitality. She has experience summarizing legislative bills, supporting autistic children through behavior plans, and thriving in fast-paced service roles. Passionate about law, child welfare, and mental health, Lona is preparing for a future career in public interest law.
