Joseph Toboni

Joe Toboni is a civil litigation attorney based in Phoenix Arizona. He has represented private persons in general practice across many topics such as vehicle title, parental rights, earnest money disputes, and legal malpractice recovery. In focusing on business owners he practices incorporation, transactions, fiduciary duties, duties of loyalty and non-competition, and Federal Securities Act Law. Mr. Toboni took his first case to trial alone against a law firm of more than 20 experienced attorneys where the jury awarded his client a unanimous verdict resulting in a six figure judgment.
Mr. Toboni is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and did his undergraduate in chemistry at the University of Notre Dame. He completed and strongly recommends the College of Trial Advocacy by the State Bar of Arizona, which taught him to treat every detail as something highlighted before a jury of independent citizens.
When not in the law office Joe is a piano student and Faber graduate. He plays in various public venues while often honing his communication skills as he is the only lawyer in the room.
