Our Team- George Chebat

George is the Firmwide Managing Attorney at Enara Law PLLC. In his role, he applies his leadership and management experience to furthering Enara Law’s position as a trusted advisor to clients, while accomplishing the firm’s strategic goals of becoming a recognized disruptive force in the legal industry. He focuses his practice on advising and aggressively representing emerging small and medium businesses as they navigate the complexities of the legal process and minimize legal exposure and liability.

Prior to leading Enara Law, George served as COO & General Counsel of CyberSponse, a cybersecurity automation company, until its multi-million-dollar acquisition in late 2019. George also has a wide variety of legal experience, including counseling business clients and boards of directors on business and regulatory issues pertaining to business disputes, exit transactions, international trade, venture capital financing, intellectual property, and employment matters.

While attending law school, George gained experience working at the Superior Court of California, and with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also worked with multiple government affairs firms, assisting special interest groups in their lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill. George is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia, New York, and Arizona.
