BIO
Amanda Gorski is a Litigation Paralegal with more than eight years of experience in the legal field in Michigan and Arizona. Her background includes civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, HOA matters, and criminal defense appeals.
Ms. Gorski is known for her drafting ability, careful deadline management, and the trust she builds with clients. She regularly prepares complaints, motions, appellate briefs, discovery responses, and disclosure statements, and she manages calendaring and e-filing in both state and federal courts
Amanda began her lega career in 2018 at the Law Offices of David L. Moffitt & Associates, a criminal defense appellate firm in Bingham Farms, Michigan. She started as Legal Assistant and Office Manager and became a paralegal. During attorney’s medical absences, she kept running: daily operations, kept clients updated on their cases, and made deadline was missed.
In 2023, she moved to Arizona and joined Accident Law Group in Tempe as a Litigation Paralegal. There she drafted pleadings and demand letters and summarized medical records for personal injury cases. In 2024, she joined Giles Law, a commercial and business litigation firm, where she was chosen to handle intake. In that role, she doubled the number of cases the firm signed each month. In 2025, she joined Dessaules Law Group as a Litigation Paralegal and served as lead paralegal on more than 35 civil cases.
Outside the office, Amanda has volunteered with prison reform efforts, including Michigan’s “Second Look” legislative initiative. She is fluent in Spanish and holds a certification in English–Spanish translation. She now brings her experience and dedication to the Enara Law team.
